Hammersmith & Fulham Safe Space

Are you struggling? Experiencing stress? Had a life changing event?

Safe Space is a local hub for anyone who feels they are nearing crisis point, including carers.

You will be greeted by our friendly staff who will always be there to listen to you and help you get the support you need.

This might include strategies to help you cope in the moment, a range of activities we provide free of charge, resources to take away or connecting you with practical local services. We may also directly refer to other agencies for wider support. We offer face to face, telephone and video-conference support.

This service is delivered on behalf of West London NHS Trust.

Safe Space Workshops

We are also running activity nights every two weeks, if you’re interested in coming along please call 0207 471 0582, or email [email protected]
