We are looking for people in the Hammersmith and Fulham area that are diagnosed with a severe mental illness to take part in our focus groups.
This can either be online or in person. You will be compensated for your time with a £20 voucher that can be redeemed in many high street and online stores, including food and groceries. We will be asking questions around accessing physical health checks at your GP and how GPs could make completing a health check easier. If in-person tea, coffee, and biscuits will also be provided!
Eligibility:
- You must be aged 18+
- Have a GP in Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing, or Hounslow and be a resident of the borough
- Be diagnosed with Severe Mental Illness (SMI)
