Join the Competition!

Get creative and show us how nature makes you feel

This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week’s theme is nature (May 10th—16th), and we want children and young people to reflect on how nature impacts their wellbeing.

To celebrate we’re holding a competition for anyone who goes to school in Hammersmith, Fulham, Ealing, Hounslow, Kensington and Chelsea (ages 5-18). We’re asking them to produce a creative piece to show how nature makes them feel.  Ideas include:

  • Record a video
  • Make a dance
  • Write a letter
  • Create a poem
  • Sing a song

Young people are asked to submit their work by Sunday 16th May. 3 winners will be selected and they will each a gift voucher and will have their work shared on social media!
