Our helpline is accessible from 11am-11pm, 365 days a year.

You’ll be able to speak to one of our trained staff, who have experience supporting those who need urgent mental health support. You will be asked some basic information, and we will then provide personalised support. 

What you can expect when you call the helpline:

• Signposting to appropriate services
