Mind Within Counselling service is delivered by a dedicated team of counsellors and psychotherapists, including trainees and fully qualified professionals. Our counsellors are skilled in a wide range of therapeutic approaches, such as psychodynamic therapy, person-centred counselling, CBT, brief solution therapy, transitional analysis, gestalt and integrative therapy.
How can I access your service?
You can complete our online self referral form or have it completed by your professional (GP, Social Prescriber, Agencies, etc), after which a member of our team will contact you to arrange an initial assessment.
The assessment stage lasts up to 1 hour, you will be given the space to discuss your concerns and the help you are seeking. We aim to gain a strong picture of your concerns, so that the clinical team can determine the most appropriate match for you with one of our diverse therapists to support your needs. If you are not suitable for our service we will signpost you appropriately along with relevant resources.
Eligibility:
- You must be aged 18+
- Live in the Boroughs of Hammersmith & Fulham, Ealing, Hounslow or Spelthorne.
- Mild to Moderate Mental Health needs

Counselling Fees
As a charitable service, we offer low cost accessible counselling and psychodynamic therapy. Our pricing is dependent on income.
Assessment session: £18
Waged: Prices range from £23–£43 per session
Unwaged: £15 per session
Psychodynamic Therapy: £48 per session
All costs are discussed and agreed during your initial assessment. All payments are to be made in advance of any session via the online booking portal.
Service Hours: Monday to Saturday 10am to 9pm dependent on location and availability of both yourself and the assigned Counsellor. We understand everyone’s needs vary and that is why we offer face-to-face, virtual or telephone sessions, making your appointment convenient for you.
